How to use
- 1 Enter your follower count and engagement rate (use the Engagement Rate Calculator first).
- 2 Pick your niche and where most of your audience lives.
- 3 Read the suggested range for a feed post, a Reel, a story set and a bundle.
- 4 Use the numbers as a starting point when a brand asks for your rate card.
How influencer rates are actually set
The common industry baseline is around 10 dollars per 1,000 followers for a feed post at a 3 percent engagement rate. From there, rates scale with engagement (a 6 percent account can charge roughly double), niche (finance and tech audiences are worth more to advertisers than meme pages) and audience location (US and UK audiences command the highest rates). This calculator applies those multipliers to give a realistic range, not a single number.
Posts, Reels and stories are priced differently
Reels get the widest distribution and take the longest to produce, so they cost 1.5 to 2 times a feed post. Stories are cheaper but convert well with a link sticker, so brands often buy a set of three. Bundles (post + Reel + stories) are the most common deal and should be priced below the sum of the parts but above a single Reel.
What the calculator does not include
Usage rights (the brand reusing your content in ads), exclusivity (not working with competitors for a period) and whitelisting (ads run from your handle) are all extras worth 20 to 100 percent on top of the content fee. Affiliate income and your own products are separate and often larger than sponsorships over a year.

Yes. Nano creators often have the highest engagement and get product-plus-fee deals of $50-$250 per post, plus affiliate income.
Should I charge in USD or local currency?
Quote in the brand's currency. The calculator shows USD; convert at the current rate.
Does the calculator use my real account?
No, it uses only the numbers you enter.
Why is my rate lower than a friend with fewer followers?
Engagement rate, niche and audience location matter as much as follower count.
