Giveaway Winner Picker - Random Comment Picker for Instagram

Fair random winners from pasted comments, with backups and exclusions.

Updated October 2026

0 valid entries

Tip: screen-record the draw for transparency, and announce the backup in case the winner does not reply within 48 hours.

Private by design: your files are processed on your own device and never uploaded.

How to use

  1. 1 Copy the comments or list of entrants and paste them, one per line.
  2. 2 Keep 'Use the @handle' on to pull the username from each comment, and 'one entry per person' to remove duplicates.
  3. 3 Add accounts to exclude, choose the number of winners and backups.
  4. 4 Click Pick and screen-record the result for transparency.

Fair and verifiable

Winners are chosen with the browser's cryptographically secure random number generator, the same source used for passwords, so every valid entry has exactly the same chance. Removing duplicates and excluding your own team prevents the most common complaints about rigged giveaways.

Why paste instead of connecting your account

Comment pickers that log in to Instagram need access to your account and break whenever the platform changes. Pasting the comments keeps your account private and works for any platform: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, Discord or an email list.

Running a giveaway the right way

State the rules in the post (who can enter, end date, how winners are contacted), say the giveaway is not sponsored by the platform, and follow local laws on prize promotions. Announce the winner publicly and keep a backup in case the winner does not reply.

Questions

How do I copy all Instagram comments?

On desktop, open the post, expand all comments and select them; or export them with your scheduling tool. Paste everything; the tool extracts handles.

Is the draw really random?

Yes. It uses crypto.getRandomValues, which is unbiased.

Can people enter multiple times?

Turn off 'one entry per person' if your rules allow extra entries per comment.

Is there a limit on entries?

No practical limit; tens of thousands of lines work.

Does it post the result?

No. Copy the result and post it yourself.
