How to use

  1. 1 Type your niche or topic.
  2. 2 Choose a platform (or a mix), how many posts per week and the start date.
  3. 3 Click Build my 30-day calendar.
  4. 4 Download CSV for Google Sheets or the .ics file to add every post to your calendar.

Content pillars stop the blank-page problem

Accounts that grow consistently rotate between a few content pillars instead of inventing a new idea every day. This generator uses six: educate, entertain, inspire, behind the scenes, community and promote, in a mix of roughly 40/20/10/10/10/10. Educational posts earn saves and follows, entertaining posts earn reach, and promotional posts earn money; the mix keeps all three working.

Formats that fit each platform

The calendar picks a format for each day based on the platform: Reels and carousels on Instagram, short videos and stitches on TikTok, Shorts and a weekly long video on YouTube, text posts and PDF carousels on LinkedIn, threads on X and idea pins on Pinterest.

From plan to posting

Export the CSV, add a Status column (idea, filmed, edited, scheduled, posted) and batch-produce on one or two days a week. Repurpose each post with the Caption Repurposer to cover several platforms with the same idea.

Questions

How many posts per week should I plan?

Three is enough to grow if quality is high. Five to seven speeds up learning which ideas work.

Yes. Import the CSV into a Notion database or a Trello board with a CSV power-up.

What does the .ics file do?

It adds each planned post as an all-day event in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook.

Will I get the same ideas every time?

No. Click again for a different mix of ideas.

Is my data stored?

No. The calendar is built in your browser.
